Stand Up Paddling (SUP) involves standing on top of a board while paddling to move across the water. Stand up paddle boarding is an eco-friendly and fun way to enjoy the outdoors on your vacation.

While standing up on your paddleboard, you have a spectacular view of what's below the water and the horizon before you. Keep your balance while standing on the board, but don't be afraid to fall down! You will be provided with a life vest for safety anyway.
