Technical Scuba Diving courses: The PADI Tec 40 Closed Circuit Rebreather course learn to dive in silence.
As technology evolves, our scuba diving gear change too, Closed Circuit Rebreather, also known as CCR, are becoming well proofed and once you switch to Closed Circuit, you might not want to go back to open circuit.
There are numerous advantages to scuba dive with a Closed Circuit Rebreather. The first advantage which comes to mind is the silence as you do not make any bubbles. The second advantage is that you dive at the best PO2 during all your dive, it's like you are changing your nitrox every metre or feet. Thus it allows you to shorten your surface intervals, as well as extend your NDL bottom time.
And we do not even speak about gas consumption, especially when you are a trimix diver, as your wallet will see the full advantage of a closed circuit rebreather.
A lot of professional underwater Photographer known already about the huge advantages of diving in silent as the marine faunas are not afraid and even think that you might be a fish too.
