Guest Relation Agent

Position Summary:

As a Guest Relation Agent (GRA), you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable interactions and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in enhancing our guests' overall experience and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and promotions.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings to guests.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Passion for watersports and the ability to convey this excitement to guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

We are looking for a PADI Divemaster to join our team!

Please note that this position is only open to Filipino or permanent resident/Retirement visa holder. Please do not apply if you do not meet one of this criteria.

Requirements:

Active PADI status (or expired in 2024)
Full set of equipment.
Fluent English.
Any other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Performing and preparing all tasks related to the fun dives such as equipment, leading dives, etc
Assisting instructors on courses
The successful candidate will be provided with DSD leader rating in order to work with DSD.

We pay a full time salary with all benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, 13th month as well as commission.
