Cabul-an Island is flat. The highest elevation is only about 1 meter (3 foot). Shallow water surrounds it.
Like much of Bohol, Cabulan Island has white sand beaches. In many directions you can view surrounding islands. Perfect Beach is one notable beach.
Cabulan Island also has a marine sanctuary. This tourist excursion can be a full day tour where you can snorkel hundreds of metres in the crystal clear waters around the island.
Snorkeling at Cabul-an Island
The water around Cabulan Island is 1 meter (3 feet) to 3 meters (10 feet) deep. You can go snorkeling at this depth out to 100 meters (325 feet) in all directions.
Bring your underwater camera. As you leave the white sand beach and enter the shallow water, beautiful corals await.
