Freediving Level 2: Advanced Freediver
In this Advanced freediving class, you will gain the skills and knowledge and be an efficient freediver level 2. During this freediving course, you will undergo a new set of academic learning, pool training and open water freedives and apply what you have learned on this advanced freediving course.
In the advanced freediver course, you will acquire proper skills and knowledge in order for you to achieve a freedive down to 30 metres (~100ft) safely. You will start off with academics sessions and the how-to discussions in order to achieve the target depth of this course.
Then, you will test what you have learned from the academic sessions and apply it to the pool sessions and see how far can you go with the updated skills that was taught to you. In the pool session, you will train to dive and hold your breath for the least of 2 minutes and reach 55 metres (180 feet) in within the surface swimming by applying the techniques discussed by your instructor.
Your instructor will grade you with your pool training and once you gain the satisfaction score, you will then venture to dive in the open water and confidently dive to the targeted depthof 30 metres (100ft) max.
Where to take the Advanced Freediver Class?
You can take the Advanced Freediving course at Scotty's Mactan, Cebu.
The prerequisite for this course is to be a certified Freediver (have the certification of completing the Freediving course level 1 or equivalent). In 2 days, you will learn and be trained in two pool sessions and two ocean sessions.

Why do you need to take the Advanced Freediving course?
By taking the second level of the Freediving course, also known as the Advanced Freediver certification, you will be able to dive to a maximum depth of 30 meters (~100 feet) safely! This course will teach you more skills and knowledge for you to become an advanced freediver.
With the guidance of your instructor, you will be acquiring the proper skills and knowledge to be a certified Advanced Freediver. You will develop the skills necessary to train your body and mind to be more efficient with oxygen, and gain muscle flexibility.
This course will also test your limits further and practice your freediving skills, which you can use when you go recreational freediving or if you want to be an athlete in this sport.
