What is a PADI Scuba Diver Course?
The PADI Scuba Diver course is a sub-qualification of the PADI Open Water Diver course and is good for life. The Scuba Diver credential is not just recognized here in Cebu, but world wide. Plus you can upgrade your PADI Scuba Diver license to a PADI Open water License at any time by spending a little time with a PADI Instructor. A PADI Scuba Diver course contains the first three of the five academic sections of the Open Water Course. Similarly, in the Scuba Diver course three of the confined water dives found in the Open Water course are covered. Two of four open water dives are conducted. Then, that's it, you're a certified PADI Scuba Diver for life!
Once you are certified as a PADI Scuba Diver, you are allowed to dive anywhere in the world with a PADI professional down to a depth of 12m. This will save you valuable vacation time on your next holidays by allowing you head to reefs in record time!
