DiveScotty collects information about online customers and other website users, including:

personal information provided voluntarily when completing a booking or other online transaction website usage information through tracking individual website users' click behavior aggregated data, measuring traffic to the websites but not relating to you personally. If you choose not to provide personal information when requested, certain services may not be available to you online. Details including your name, address, email address, telephone number, scuba qualification and credit card number will be required in order to process your dive/course bookings online.  We may also request additional information. For example, we may ask for details such as when you last dived and how many dives you have completed to date.

When you book courses or dives, a secure server is used.

DiveScotty collects personal information for the following purposes:

1) to assist in providing the services you request, including dive and course bookings
2) to process any communications you request

DiveScotty will not sell, or allow third parties access to your information without your approval. However, from time to time DiveScotty may disclose information collected to:

1) government agencies and departments for the purpose of meeting their requirements
2) communications agencies used to fulfill your communication requests
3) trusted business partners, provided DiveScotty has your prior authorization, to help us process the  information for specific projects such as PADI and BSAC

Otherwise, your information will not be passed on to any other third party unless it is authorized or required by law. Disclosures may include the transfer of your personal information between countries.

You may request access to and correction of your information, or request DiveScotty access and correct your information, at any time. If you have registered as a user on a DiveScotty website, you may access and update your information by logging in with your username and password. You may also unsubscribe from DiveScotty's email communications at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in every DiveScotty special offer email you receive.
